2) How do I get service on product out of Warranty period? 

Contact our Service station at 803-996-0798 before sending in the product for repair. You can get general estimates of repair and shipping instructions.

 

3) Can I return damaged Pinnacle product to the dealer for a replacement?

Pinnacle dealers and distributors are not authorized to perform warranty work.

Pinnacle/Silstar has the sole authority to determine whether a rod or reel will be repaired or replaced under the terms of our warranty policy.

 

4) What is your warranty policy?

Pinnacle / Silstar offer limited warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Go to Warranty and Service section of our web site to get more information.

          

5) Can I get parts for my Pinnacle Products? 

We carry extensive inventory of parts for repair. Please contact our Service station or authorized parts centers. Go to Parts Diagram section for more information.
